Return Policy

You may return your item for a refund within 14 days from order delivery date, as long as is item is unworn, undamaged, and in new condition. Return requests outside of our return window will not be processed or accepted. Any transaction fees associated with the purchase are non-refundable. Please note that return shipping costs are at customer’s expense. Sale or mark down items are ‘FINAL SALE’ and are not eligible for return

Refund Policy

Once your item is received, inspected and deemed in proper condition, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 1-2 business days for your refund to process. You will receive an email confirmation once your return is processed. We do not refund shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise.

Shipping

Ownership of package(s) turned over to couriers and transfers to the buyer once order is stamped as delivered by shipping carriers. We are not responsible for lost, held or damaged packages. In addition, we are not responsible for delivery errors via USPS or UPS or others or incorrect shipping information. Any shipping issues must be handled by the shipping company.

International Orders

Our free shipping only applies to domestic U.S. Customers. For international customers residing outside the Continental U.S., please enter your full shipping address at checkout to view your international shipping options & shipping costs. Additionally, we are not responsible for any customs, duties, VAT or other associated charges imposed by your local authorities. Please kindly research transaction costs in your region prior to placing your order, as they pertain to item purchase charges from U.S.A.
